WINES IN HARMONY WITH NATURE
Bio-Weingut Anja Stritzinger
The organically-certified Stritzinger vineyard is directly on the Franconian red wine hiking trail. The steep sandstone slopes of the vineyard in the Klingenberger Schlossberg area are operated exclusively according to the philosophy of organic, biological viticulture. In this way, Anja Stritzinger is already the second generation to produce high-quality white wines such as Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Johanniter. Excellent red wines are also produced in the special climate of the grape terraces – such as Pinot Noir, Regent, Pinotin and Blauer Portugieser.
One special feature is an old vineyard, the museum vineyard. Around 20 old grape varieties are grown here together. The result is a special cuvée, the “Alte Satz”.
Interested guests are taken on regular guided tours through the vineyard and are allowed to climb up the steps of the museum vineyard – naturally followed by a sampling of the fine wines.
